We are seeking a Kronos and HRIS Administrator to join our growing IT team!


    The Kronos and HRIS Administrator is responsible for the development, configuration, and support for the Kronos and HR applications. This position will work with end users, external application support administrators, application vendors, Payroll, HR, etc. to maintain and support the applications and interfaces. This position will also act as the primary contact for the business, responding to and resolving issues, handling system enhancements and upgrades, reporting requirements, new system builds based on business requirements, cross functional projects, and day to day ongoing support to the Operations, Payroll, HR and Finance teams.

    • Technical point-of-contact for Shop Operations, HR and Payroll teams, and is the functional subject matter expert for, Kronos, HR and payroll systems while ensuring data integrity.
    • Provide support to business end user and the Operations, HR/Payroll teams, research and resolve Kronos, HR and payroll system issues, and unexpected results or process flaws.
    • Troubleshoots, identifies and tracks software issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational.
    • Handle Pay Rule and Interface configurations.
    • Develops recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with Information Technology (IT) and outside service providers based on business unit priorities.
    • Audits time & attendance data.
    • Documents and communicates problem resolution. Analyzes current processes, tools, system or database and makes recommendations for development, improvement or simplification.
    • Collaborates with business group management to develop appropriate training materials to support the needs of the functional area.
    • Researches, design and schedules standardized reports or create adhoc reports or data queries to support the business unit.
    • Identify and diagnose system and application errors. Perform system analysis and changes to architecture in order to identify solutions to business and technical problems
    • Develop job aids and deliver training to user community
    • Responsible for multiple projects or large complex projects with cross functional teams and business processes. Project planning and management.
    • Works with business partners to coordinate system enhancements.
    • Analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement Kronos and HR system functionality in coordination with the HR.
    • Lead system update process, including making appropriate recommendations to process owners, leading configuration and testing, and training end users, when appropriate.
    • Conduct research and analysis regarding trends, patterns, and issues to identify opportunities and solve problems.
    • Work closely with department leadership to fully maximize and enhance the system.
    • Ensure consistent delivery of established service level agreements through active, ongoing management.


    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
    • 3-5 years of overall Kronos experience with a concentration in time and attendance
    • 3-5 years of experience with HRIS systems (core HR, payroll and tax, time and attendance, recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, talent management)
    • Kronos Systems Administrator experience - configuration, reporting, and maintenance
    • Kronos WIM experience a plus
    • Experience migrating a company from a legacy cloud based HR\Payroll to new solution.
    • Understanding of Payroll processing experience with a third party payroll software like Kronos, ADP, Ceridian, Millennium or Ultimate a plus
    • Strong Excel skills
