We are looking to bring on a Stylist Recruiting Supervisor to oversee our talented Recruiting Assistants and to elevate our stylist hiring function.

    • Manage the team of Recruiting Assistants. Including, but not limited to, sourcing, training, developing Recruiting Assistants and managing the volume and quality of their work. 
    • Oversee the shop team member hourly hiring. 
    • Manage an assigned territory of stylist recruiting to keep engaged with the field and to have a direct line to a test market for new initiatives 
    • Build new and deepen existing industry relationships
    • Partner with the Director of Recruiting to plan and manage calendar of recruitment marketing activities including new shop opening activities and school activities 
    • Work as the ultimate champion of referrals through aggressively marketing referral program to team members
    • Execute the recruitment social strategy around peak hiring seasons and new shop opens with the collaboration and support of the Marketing Department
    • Collaborate with Marketing to build content and produce monthly newsletter
    • Collaborate with District Managers to create and execute localized competitions with cosmetology schools
    • Ensure that all touch points with beauty schools adhere to brand standards 
    • When necessary, travel to new and challenging markets to establish recruiting relationships, train any new staff on recruiting best practices, and assess the need for any market specific tactics
    • Execute Bartender auditions when necessary and/or train local teams on running Bartender auditions 
    • Manage the stylist and front desk candidate experience and report out on any issues hindering the recruitment or the onboarding process
    • Create source reports and partner with Director of Recruiting on analyzing the data and in making resource allocation changes
    • Serve as backup to Recruiting Assistants in times of high volume staffing or absences
    • Other duties and projects as assigned 


    • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but not required.
    • Previous Recruiting experience in multi-state, multi-unit capacity, particularly in a retail, restaurant, hospitality, or salon setting. 
    • Must be able to enter and maintain data with accuracy and no errors. Must be able to self-monitor, audit and verify own work product for accurate completion.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize job assignments, inquiries and ongoing projects ensuring all work assignments are completed in a timely fashion. Must be a motivated, self-starter who is able to work independently and has a high level of productivity.
    • Must have impeccable communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to make quick, sound judgement calls in determining if candidates will uphold and promote Drybar’s high standards of customer service. Maintains utmost level of respect and care when engaging with prospective employees, both for internal promotions and external candidates. 
    • Must have intermediate level abilities in Microsoft Office computer programs such as Word and Excel. Must have the ability to operate with an in-depth command of Gmail systems including email and docs. Previous ATS experience, experience with iCIMS a plus. 
    • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with all levels in the organization and with prospective employees. 
    • Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances. 
    • Builds partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. 
    • Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.
