    Drybar is looking for a strategic, creative and results-driven marketing sales professional to lead branded entertainment partnerships. The role will be responsible for strategy and execution of paid multi-media partnerships and sponsorships across all of Drybar’s brand and client experience touchpoints including television/movies, music, beverages/food and technology. They will bring a deep set of relevant partner relationships and seek new partners that complement Drybar’s strategic brand goals. Success in this role will include achieving aggressive revenue goals and expanding brand awareness for Drybar. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Sales
      • Develop paid partnership strategy for Drybar including key areas of focus and partner sales funnel.
      • Establish partnership pricing structure and operating model framework.
      • Create and sell-in a narrative with potential partners to drive value for both sides. Negotiate and close deals.
      • Actively secure leads from a variety of sources, with a focus on multi-media studios.
      • Create selling materials for pitches to potential partners.
    • Partner Management
      • Manage day-to-day communication with partners including contracts, partnership outlines, overviews, recap reports and budgets.
      • Develop partner playbook and standards that are aligned to Drybar’s brand guidelines and values.
      • Coordinate internal stakeholders’ requirements and resources to execute partnerships.
      • Set budgets and goals, and work with Drybar’s insights and analytics team to measure results. 
      • Work with finance to manage billing and invoicing.
      • Communicate and attain required approvals from internal management.
    • Business Development
      • Cultivate new and existing partners and establish deep partner relationships for Drybar.
      • Apply Drybar’s marketing philosophy, strategy and goals of the organization to maximize partner contributions.
      • Monitor ongoing partner promotions and activities.
      • Periodically audit partner processes and practices to ensure adherence to contract terms.
      • Remedy any issues identified with a focus on mutual satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree.
    • Minimum 5 years of sales or relevant experience developing and closing revenue generating deals with multi-media organizations.
    • Outgoing, charismatic and relational disposition; ability to quickly build rapport and nurture relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to apply creative thinking to brands and identify complementary partner opportunities.
    • Goal-oriented, performance and metrics driven with a focus on achieving results.
    • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
    • Excellent judgment. Manages sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with high discretion.
