As a member of the Marketing team, the Retail Marketing Manager- Franchise develops and executes the go-to-market plans for all new and existing shops and regional marketing initiatives to achieve annual sales and profit goals, and drive awareness, acquisition and retention in our Franchised locations. The Retail Marketing Manager- Franchise will have a strong focus on Drybar’s Franchise owned locations and interact directly with Drybar’s Operating Partners and cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric marketing programs and campaigns. The Retail Marketing Manager- Franchise will also have responsibility for planning and executing all national and regional promotions across Drybar’s shops and eCommerce businesses.
