    As a member of the Marketing team, the Retail Marketing Manager- Franchise develops and executes the go-to-market plans for all new and existing shops and regional marketing initiatives to achieve annual sales and profit goals, and drive awareness, acquisition and retention in our Franchised locations. The Retail Marketing Manager- Franchise will have a strong focus on Drybar’s Franchise owned locations and interact directly with Drybar’s Operating Partners and cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric marketing programs and campaigns. The Retail Marketing Manager- Franchise will also have responsibility for planning and executing all national and regional promotions across Drybar’s shops and eCommerce businesses.


    Who We Are: 




    • Day-to-day owner of retail marketing programs and facilitate all consumer-focused messaging and campaigns to drive traffic and sales in shops.
    • Develop and execute annual marketing plans inclusive of new store openings, evergreen programs and seasonal campaigns to improve performance.
    • Analyze marketing program performance and impact on shop financials, continually identify opportunities to improve traffic and sales through in-shop and digital tactics.
    • Develop and implement Franchise Marketing Playbook, outlining process, strategy and communication plans with Operating Partners.
    • Marketing point-of-contact for all of Drybar’s Operating Partners.
    • Project manage new shop opening plans including all creative elements, out of home advertising, coordinate all regional PR, Social Media, regional partners, events and local activations agencies.
    • Identify opportunities to improve client experience in-shops and ensure connected brand presentations across Drybar’s shops, eCommerce and retail partners.
    • Coordinate execution of local marketing toolkits to improve acquisition and retention performance.
    • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to maintain awareness and establish employer branding on a regional level.
    • Create project briefs and manage to completion.
    • Develop Drybar promotions calendar, set goals for each promotion, manage all aspects of implementing each promotion, analyze results and use learnings to optimize future promotions.
    • Partner with insights and analytics team to identify, test and implement customer-centric marketing programs and promotions.
    • Create presentations and present to cross-functional teams and operating partners.
    • Track and manage budgets for areas of responsibility.
    • Stay current on industry trends and developments to provide input to Drybar’s marketing innovation agenda.


    • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of retail in-shop marketing experience. 
    • Experience working in a franchise, licensed or other relevant partner operating model required. 
    • Demonstrated application of omni-channel marketing strategies to drive in-shop performance.
    • Experience in digital and brand marketing channels preferred.
    • Strong team building skills; proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
    • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple and changing priorities.
    • Creative and analytical thinker.
    • Detail-oriented individual, who proactively organizes their own work, coordinates projects, meets deadlines and follows up on assignments.
    • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
    • Business travel averages 20%.
