Life here is fast-paced, dynamic, and fun. We are seeking a detail oriented professional who can be the heartbeat of our Marketing Team as our Marketing Operations Assistant! This role is perfect for someone who thrives off of problem solving, juggles tasks with ease, and never misses a beat! We're a small, but mighty team and are looking to the Marketing Operations Assistant to be the glue that holds the Marketing team together! 


    Who We Are: 



    • Design, set-up and manage a comprehensive Drybar Marketing calendar across all marketing campaigns, programs and activities.
    • Run the Drybar college ambassador program.
    • Assist with research projects, mining relevant industry and competitor news and data, and tracking competitor insights.
    • Develop project briefs and manage execution for upcoming projects.
    • Assist with preparing and revising documents and other communications.
    • Manage department priorities list and coordinate status updates for weekly Marketing meetings.
    • Maintain Marketing strategic documents and updates at direction of Chief Marketing Officer.
    • Coordinate, schedule and manage internal and external meetings and conference calls.
    • Prepare agendas, take notes and monitor follow-up items for all key marketing meetings.
    • Support set-up and coordination of marketing new hire on-boarding.
    • Prepare written and visual presentations for executive and board of directors meetings.
    • Handle emails, telephone calls, mail and other business tasks for the Chief Marketing Officer.
    • Arrange and coordinate travel, assist with expense reports.
    • Reconcile invoices and accruals and monitor budget.
    • Organize, label, store and retrieve files as needed, both paper and electronic.


    • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field.
    • 1+ year of experience in administrative, project management, business development or consultant role.
    • Detail-oriented individual, who proactively organizes their own work, coordinates projects, meets deadlines and follows up on assignments.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage computer files, paper files, and overall executive management needs. 
    • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple and changing priorities.
    • Creative and analytical thinker.
    • Excellent judgment. Manages sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with high discretion. 
    • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally inside and outside the organization.
    • Excellent written and visual presentation skills, graphic design experience a significant plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud or related software.
    • Willing to be flexible on hours as needed based on business requirements.
