We are seeking out an ultra-amazing Director of eCommerce and Analystics to lead the charge in our digital presence. 


    As a member of the Marketing team, the Director of eCommerce and Analytics will be the driving force behind Drybar’s online strategy and execution for drybar.com and across all digital marketing channels. This key role will be responsible for growing online revenue, delivering great brand and customer experiences and building robust analytical capabilities to maximize acquisition, engagement and retention across Drybar’s marketing channels and businesses.

    • Responsible for establishing and executing Drybar’s eCommerce and digital marketing strategies and roadmap and putting in place robust analytical capabilities to support overall marketing objectives.
    • Drives business results and key performance indicators by leveraging data both for driving change and measuring impact of delivery. Forecasts ROI and manages the eCommerce P&L. 
    • Drives engagement, acquisition and retention across all device types by implementing new content, and site features and enhancing existing ones, delivering projects on time and on or under budget.
    • Serves as a voice of the customer and acts as a customer experience advocate in considering decisions that will positively impact Drybar’s customers.
    • Creates strategies to optimize online merchandising presentations and product assortments.
    • Delivers site capabilities that maximize marketing campaigns.
    • Closely monitors strategic market trends, digital development and customer and cultural insights, working cross-functionally to translate into future enhancements and new experiences.
    • Partners with Supply Chain for any eCommerce activities that impact operations and fulfillment.
    • Employs data-driven strategies to inform investment decisions. Utilizes qualitative and quantitative inputs to build a comprehensive CRM program and personalized experience for key customer segments.
    • Sets and manages budgets for areas of responsibility.
    • Develops clear and complete business cases and business requirements.
    • Manages existing vendor and agency relationships to ensure all solutions and services are being maximized. Discovers and supports new third-party relationship efforts.
    • Communicates key success metrics to senior leaders and stakeholders regarding business performance and project status. 
    • Provides team with clear and measurable goals and objectives. Foster career development and growth paths for team members in alignment with company and personal objectives.


    • BA/BS degree
    • 10 years of experience in relevant eCommerce and digital marketing roles.
    • Demonstrated success in applying complex data and decision sciences methods to achieve business results.
    • Strong track record of implementing effective customer acquisition and loyalty programs.
    • Broad based business acumen and understanding.
    • Expert understanding of online best practices and experience/technology trends.
    • Proven track record of managerial success in a fast-paced growth environment by possessing the experience, ability, and knowledge to move the business forward.
    • Proven ability to lead and influence across cross-functional teams, multi-task and manage multiple initiatives
    • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills.
    • Position located in Irvine, CA.
