    • Provide an amazing experience for our barfly members. The membership specialist will need to be extra understanding, pleasant, and sweet!
    • Respond to a high volume of phone calls and emails pertaining to barfly member concerns such as benefit balance, credit card charge history, enrollment, cancellation, etc.
    • Answer shop questions via email and Skype.
    • Resolve barfly member billing issues.
    • Respond to all barfly member concerns within two business days.
    • Document conversations with all barfly members.
    • Serve as a liaison between shops and barfly members to improve customer service and business productivity.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
    • Communicate customer feedback to technical and marketing teams in order to develop processes for better serving customers.
    • Other projects and duties as assigned.


    • 1+ years’ experience in customer service
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Track record of generally awesome customer service.
    • Overly enthusiastic about talking on the phone and corresponding through email all day.
    • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work at a fast pace with strong urgency.
    • Ability to multi-task effectively.
    • Effective team player with ability to work independently.
    • Strong Gmail, Excel, Google Docs and Skype skills.
    • Previous experience in Booker preferred.
    • Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) at our Support Center in Irvine, CA.
    • Available to work weekend shifts from home
