We are embarking upon a period of high growth and are actively seeking to add a stellar addition to our Recruiting Team to keep up with the growth!

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun-loving, passionate people person for our Recruiting Team.  Our Recruiting Assistant is absolutely stoked to jump on the phone and talk to potential candidates, and in fact, absolutely LOVES to talk on the phone.  They are incredibly organized, detail oriented and results-driven.  Words often used to describe our Recruiting Assistant will be “energetic” and “bubbly” or “rockstar” and just plain “wow.”  This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, dreams of growth, and is a multi-tasking ninja.     • Assist in sorting resumes and applications for job openings across the country.
    • Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Post job openings to both internal and external job search websites.
    • Reach out to local beauty schools to assist in setting up career fairs.
    • Data entry and administrative projects as assigned.
    • Updating information in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure reporting is accurate.
    • Follow up with and build relationships with hiring managers. 
    • Follow up with candidates post-interview. 
    • And scheduling candidates.  Lots of scheduling of candidates.  We mean it.  A lot of scheduling.


    • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but not required
    • Previous Recruiting experience is nice to have, but not required
    • Outgoing person who builds relationships with others quickly
    • Multi-tasking champion
    • Motivated and a self-starter
    • Strong organizational skills
    • LOVES being on the phone!
