What started with one shop in Brentwood, CA has grown to over 90 locations across 20 markets, with more to come. Along the way, we also launched our own product line that is crafted for the perfect blowout, retailed in our Drybar shops, thedrybar.com, Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta, and Bloomingdales.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Annual Sales & Marketing Forecast
  • Support eComm Merchandising & SKU Management
  • Drive Marketing Investment ROAS tracking, reporting, and optimization 
  • Identify key eComm market trends and opportunities through extensive market research 
  • Analyze eComm competitors and surface innovation opportunities
  • Develop eComm CRM Program across Email, Social Advertising, and SMS platforms
  • Oversee eComm Marketing Channels across Email, Social Advertising, SEM, and SEO platforms
  • Explore new eComm Marketing and Revenue Channels 
  • Manage UX and eComm Product Implementation

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years eComm Marketing experience (retail or beauty experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and multi-task
  • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated Experience with Magento
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Ability to work full time out of the Irvine, CA office
