Our Marketing team is obsessed with providing an exceptional brand experience for all of our clients and loves making sure they're taken care of! We're looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager for our Email, CRM & Loyalty initiatives to ensure we're cultivating a lasting relationship with our clients. This role is perfect for someone with solid Email, CRM and Loyalty program experience who is looking for a role where they can flex their creative muscles and leave their mark on an organization. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build our Loyalty program from the ground up and take our existing CRM and Email strategies to new heights!

Responsibilities

  • Manage Drybar's Retail CRM Program across Email, SMS, & Social Advertising platforms
  • Develop Drybar's eComm CRM Program across Email, SMS, & Social Advertising platforms
  • Support Loyalty Program Implementation & Ongoing Management
  • Drive Drybar's Marketing Email Program – including campaign development & reporting
  • Create CRM, Loyalty, & Email Reporting Structure & Dashboard

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years CRM, Email, or Loyalty Marketing experience (retail or beauty experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and multi-task
  • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated Experience with CRM or Loyalty Systems (Emarsys & Merkle 500 Friends Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Magento and DOMO
  • Must be able to report full time to our Irvine, CA office location
