Facilities Manager

We are Drybar, a blow dry bar, and we set out to shake up the beauty industry in our own, specialty way. We believe in doing one thing and being the best at it. For us, that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it best: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. What started with one shop in Brentwood, CA has grown to over 90 locations across 20 markets, with more to come. We are seeking a Facilities Manager to make sure our team has what they need to give our clients and employees a clean, safe, and fully functional home away from home. Our Facilities Manager is responsible for executing the services and processes that support the core business our organization: blowouts! The Facilities Manager is vital to keeping our blow dryers humming and our clients happy. They are often viewed as a lifeline and are always cool as a cucumber under pressure. If you love calming the chaos amidst a (literal) flood or troubleshooting and dominating a “broken” thermostat, then, boy, do we have the job for you.

Before you read on about the specifics, have you tried turning your computer off and turning it back on? Just kidding! We couldn't resist a good troubleshooting pun. Really, before jumping down to the responsibilities and qualifications, we would love for you to check out our values to make sure you're headed to a place you're going to love:
