In fact, our tagline says it best: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. What started with one shop in Brentwood, CA has grown to nearly 80 locations across 16 markets, with more to come.

Our Flagship shop on Las Vegas Boulevard in the Miracle Mile Shops consists of 20 styling chairs and features all of the signature elements that define the unique Drybar experience. However, exclusive for Las Vegas, Drybar Miracle Mile has its own built in DJ booth, a full bar and photo booth. The Las Vegas shop is the ultimate “pre-party” destination for ladies visiting Sin City.

We are actively seeking a Bar Manager to oversee our full liquor bar in our Miracle Mile shop. Our dream Bar Manager has experience in leading team in a fast-paced, up-scale environment and enjoys creating a memorable experience for their guests. This is a truly unique opportunity for an Bar Manager who is also secretly (ok, maybe not-so-secretly) a beauty junkie.

  • Determine and maintain optimized schedule for the bar.
  • Ensure every bar customer receive excellent service.
  • Guarantee quality of drinks is impeccable.
  • Monitor organization, cleanliness and hygiene of bar area.
  • Safeguard and train to all health code polices.
  • Oversee accuracy of all bar transactions/tips.
  • Ensure complete accuracy of inventory management including:
    • Order accuracy
    • Receipt accuracy
    • Unit accuracy
    • Product cost maximization
    • Cost accuracy in Digital Dining
    • Recipe accuracy in Digital Dining
    • Stock management, security, rotation and aesthetics of display
  • Monitor and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with supplies and sales representatives.
  • Identify and implement cost control measures as needed.
  • Identify and implement systems to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Manage all bar promotional activities. 
  • Keep abreast of all beverage trends in Las Vegas.
  • Manage Drybar “Poker Chip” program for team members.
  • Stay current with relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol.
  • Perform all other job related duties as requested.


  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Bar Management in the Las Vegas market.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Beverage Management.
  • Must have current Health and TAM Cards
  • Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of cost control procedures.
  • Computer and POS system literacy.
  • Ability to be well organized, think clearly and focus on details.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion; both in oral and written form.
  • Interpersonal skills with focused attention to customer needs.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
