In fact, our tagline says it best: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. What started with one shop in Brentwood, CA has grown to over 80 locations across 20 markets, with more to come. As our blowing continues to grow, we are looking to add a Trade Marketing Manager to our Drybar Family! 


The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting channel marketing programs with the key focus on broadening and raising consumer product and brand awareness that ultimately leads to customer acquisition.  This role is also responsible for assisting the campaign execution with cross-functional teams including Social Media, Marketing, Product Development, Creative, and Supply Chain to help create a strong, cohesive, seamless channel experience across all touch points along the customer decision journey.

  • Oversees creation and execution of innovative and effective channel marketing campaigns to launch new products and grow sales of existing SKUs, with the goal of maximizing ROI and meeting/exceedsing business goals.
  • Manages and communicates campaign timelines and plans with internal and external partners.
  • Creates and manages sampling, GWP and promotional set programs across all channels from concept to market.
  • Oversees merchandising plans and timelines by channel; works with Creative Services to create store linears (with a focus on maximizing ROI by SKU), and distributes materials to all internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates and manages in-store eventing programs and supporting collateral with the Sales, Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinates and manages digital programs & videos with Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Works with Marketing and Sales on creation of biannual Market Week decks by channel. Oversees timeline and creation of decks. 
  • Manages distribution of all assets to channel partners.
  • Manages distribution of support materials and collateral to sales team.
  • Creates and maintains all channel marketing calendars for internal planning and communication.
  • Maintains all channel price lists.
  • Manages sampling, GWP and merchandising budgets.
  • Ensures proper collection, monitoring and reporting of data by campaign/channel to assess ongoing performance and KPI tracking.
  • Manages setup of all vendor/SKU creation forms from new product launches to full network setup for each channel.
  • Writes creative briefs and manages outcome of deliverables for each channel.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in CPG, beauty or fashion.
  • Experience working in prestige beauty highly desired (particularly Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom).
  • Knowledge of current industry and marketing trends, consumer behavior, and retail innovation in order to understand how best to market to our target customer.
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems and pursuing new, valuable and innovative opportunities.
  • Effective partner/vendor management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple products or services concurrently under time constraints.
  • Financial acumen including strong analytical ability; solid profit and loss experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
