To help us do this, we have partnered with some seriously top-notch retailers to sell our goodies and we’re in need of a few good wo/men to support this growing area of our business. 

We currently have an opening for a Regional Sales & Education Manager, who is responsible for the central region. 


The Regional Sales & Education Manager will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through assigned channel partners within their region, and accountable for sales performance, team management and budget management within their assigned territory. Essential to this role is ensuring the timely execution of sell-through initiatives, merchandising strategy, education programs and special events via call-cycle management, sales analysis, and T&E and freelance budget management.

Sales Performance

  • Create and execute strategies to achieve targeted sales growth within assigned territory
  • Utilize weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to analyze trends and performance and develop strategic plans to increase market share, rank and comp
  • Maximize productivity of region via call cycle optimization and volume analysis
  • Manage, direct and execute regional promotional events to optimize sales potential
  • Initiate and facilitate meetings with key district and store management to build relationships and reinforce brand awareness and prioritization
  • Initiate and build relationships with key regional contacts - Sephora Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers and District Trainers to strengthen brand focus/prioritization, negotiate brand positioning in stores, schedule participation in cluster trainings/master classes, and facilitate account executive reviews
  • Coordinate and facilitate new store opening, relocation and cluster trainings within region
  • Participate in key strategic meetings with retail partners as needed
  • Oversee execution of merchandising/visual strategy at store level, analyzing team store reports and providing support as necessary; ensure timely delivery of store reports to corporate
  • Partner with Drybar product team and store personnel to harmonize inventories at store level
  • Report competitive activities and trends back to corporate

Team Management

  • Recruit, develop, motivate and retain Account Executives and freelance consultants
  • Educate and coach team on the Drybar philosophy and consultative selling techniques to drive sales growth
  • Facilitate and maintain a successful selling environment that holds direct reports and store teams accountable for achieving productivity & service standards
  • Prioritize and plan team work flow to include call cycles, team meetings, retailer meetings, and events
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate strategic plans, new product launches, marketing/education initiatives and to provide regional performance updates
  • Provide ongoing learning opportunities, coaching & feedback to enhance individual & team performance

Budget Management

  • Prepare regional travel and expense budget and allocate quarterly T&E and freelance funds within assigned territory
  • Manage sampling and support budget to optimize sales


  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Sephora highly desired
  • Minimum 5 years retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or CPG industry
  • Multi-store management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to inspire a team to achieve sales performance
  • Solid problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Proficiency with sales analysis and budget management
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks with precision
  • Self-motivated, passionate, entrepreneurial & goal-oriented spirit
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel regularly and to work flexible hours
